Terms of Service

By creating an account on GainsMeal you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

GainsMeal is a nutritional planning tool that helps you calculate your macronutrient targets and generate weekly meal plans based on your physical data and fitness goals. The service is operated by Kristaps Goncarovs, a self-employed individual registered in Latvia.

You must be at least 16 years old to use GainsMeal. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.

GainsMeal provides nutritional information and meal plan suggestions for general fitness purposes only. This service is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have any medical conditions. We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from use of the service.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with others
• You must provide accurate information when creating your profile
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

GainsMeal offers a free trial period followed by paid subscription plans. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the system or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
• Submit false or misleading data that could harm the service or other users

All content, design, and software of GainsMeal is the property of Kristaps Goncarovs unless otherwise stated. System recipes and nutritional data may be sourced from public databases (USDA FoodData Central) under their respective licences.

You retain ownership of the recipes, ingredients, and data you create in GainsMeal. By uploading content you grant us a licence to store and display it to you within the service. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GainsMeal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which will permanently remove all your data.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Latvia.
